PHYLLIS
WATT, Partner. Phyllis has been involved in the healthcare
industry since 1980.
She spent 13 years in healthcare sales representing
Scherring-Plough, Bristol Myers Squibb and Warner Lambert.
She began recruiting in the long term care and assisted
living industry in 1993 with Management Recruiters
International. She
has continued recruiting for all management positions in the
senior care industry after starting Tres Consulting, Inc in
1998. Phyllis works with clients on a national scope.
Phyllis is a graduate of the Masters Degree Program at
the University of Missouri at Kansas City in Education and
Psychology. -

TRACEY SIEMENS,
Partner in Tres Consulting, Inc. Tracey has been a recruiter
since 1996. She
began her recruiting career with NurseFinders, recruiting all
disciplines within the healthcare industry.
Tracey had sole responsibility for staffing a team of 200
plus professionals. In 1998, she went on to a partnership with
Tres Consulting, Inc. Tracey
specializes in recruiting licensed nursing home administrators
and directors of nursing for the long term care industry and
similar positions within the assisted living industry.
Tracey is very dedicated to both client and candidate
needs. Tracey
graduated with her Bachelors in Management and Human Relations
and recently completed her Master's Degree.

JULIE
RALSTON, Partner in Tres Consulting, Inc.
She began her healthcare career in 1991 as an
Occupational Therapist working for HealthTech, Inc., Westown
Therapies, Therapy Professionals and Health Midwest Hospital –
providing therapy in hospitals, nursing homes and home health
settings. Julie started her recruiting career with PreSearch in
1998. Julie joined the partnership of Tres Consulting, Inc in
late 1998. Julie recruits in the healthcare industry,
identifying administrators, directors of nursing, therapists and
case managers for the senior care industry.
Julie is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a
Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from the school of
Allied Health.
